Sport Offerings
Almond Acres Charter Academy has a variety of sports offerings for all ages!
Team tryout and student eligibility information will be made available on the ParentSquare app prior to the season start date.
COMPETITIVE MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS
AACA is part of the Coast Valley Prep League (CVPL). Our league starts in North County with Lillian Larsen (San Miguel) and extends as far as Coastal Christian (Arroyo Grande).
ELEMENTARY SPORTS
Our younger students develop their skills through competitive and intramural play. For most sports, with the exception of flag football, we participate in a north county league with Saint Rose, Trinity, Solid Rock, Lillian Larsen, and Bradley.

Our Cheer Squad is all about school spirit, teamwork, and having fun! The squad is open to all students in grades 5–8. While the team is currently made up of all girls, boys are welcome, too! We cheer, dance, jump, stunt, and tumble, working hard while having a great time together.

The Coast Valley Prep League requires good sportsmanship and positive behavior of student-athletes, cheerleaders, coaches, and spectators. We request your cooperation in supporting the student-athletes and officials in a positive manner. Please be mindful of your language and actions at all times and treat others with dignity and respect. Derogatory comments, or other intimidating actions, directed at athletes, officials, team representatives, or other spectators will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate removal from the gym. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a safe and positive competitive environment.
